About the service

Bolalar shahri is a catalogue of places and events for children in Tashkent. It is free for parents. By signing in to the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy.

Accuracy of information

Information about places is collected from public sources (2GIS, Yandex Maps, Instagram, official websites and others). Our team calls each place to check it and re-checks it every 90 days. Every page shows its sources and the date it was last checked.

Even so, information may be out of date. Prices are approximate: call to check opening hours and prices before you go. If you see a mistake, tap “Wrong information?”.

Account

• The app is 18+: for parents and people over 18. Age is not checked separately: by signing in, you confirm that you are over 18.
• You can browse the catalogue without signing in. To review, save places and set reminders, you sign in with Telegram, Google or Apple.
• Your account is personal; do not share it. If you lose your phone, tap “Sign out of other devices” in Profile.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app itself.

Review rules

• Write about places you have visited, from your own experience. One review per place; you can edit it at any time.
• Reviews are published after moderation, and edits are checked again.
• Not allowed: insults and discrimination, personal data (phone numbers, addresses, other people’s names), advertising, false or paid reviews.
• In a review of a doctor, do not judge the diagnosis or treatment: write about the appointment, waiting and attitude.
• Business owners cannot review their own place or places in their category anywhere in the city.
• Suspicious reviews are not deleted: they move to the “Not confirmed” section and do not count towards the rating. Reviews that break the rules are not published or are removed.
• You can report a review; a moderator will look at it.

Your review belongs to you. By submitting it, you allow us to show it in the app free of charge. If you delete your account, the review stays but is no longer linked to you.

Ratings

Ratings are calculated only from parents’ ratings in the app. They do not depend on money: no one can buy a rating or the order of reviews. Reviews and ratings from Yandex, 2GIS, Google and Instagram are not copied.

For business owners

• Ownership is confirmed in one of two ways: our team calls the place’s official phone number, or you attach a registry document or contract.
• Owners update place information and reply to reviews on behalf of the place. Changes and replies are published after moderation.
• Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they add. Prices are shown only in so‘m and marked “approx.”.
• All business features are currently free. There are no automatic payments in the app: plans, payment and advertising are agreed separately; write to @Codephile on Telegram. Paid placement is marked “Ad”.
• Business complaints (about place information, reviews, ownership or plans) are sent to @Codephile on Telegram and resolved there.

Photos and copyright

Place photos come from the place’s owner or public sources, and each shows its source. If a photo is yours and you want it removed, email [email protected]: we will remove it right away.

Prohibited actions

You may not automatically collect data from the app or website, try to disrupt the service, act on behalf of another person or post unlawful content. Accounts that break the rules may be restricted or blocked.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. The owners of places and events in the catalogue are responsible for their services. Information in the app is not medical advice: for health questions, see a doctor.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If the terms change, the new text will be published on this page. Questions: [email protected].

These terms are published in Uzbek, Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Uzbek text prevails.
